1. Who we are
SpendMint (com.rovixasolutions.spendmint) is a personal finance app from Rovixa Solutions. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.

2. Summary
- You do not need an account to use SpendMint.
- Your expenses, income, budgets, and categories are stored on your device.
- We do not sell your financial records.
- Ads (free plan), in-app purchases, crash reports, and analytics use Google services as described below.
3. Information stored on your device
SpendMint stores the following locally so the app can work offline:
- Transactions (amount, type, category, note, date)
- Budgets and recurring items
- Categories and display settings (currency, language)
- Premium / export-unlock status saved on the device
This data stays on your phone unless you export it (CSV/PDF), use Android backup / device transfer, or uninstall the app without keeping app data.
4. Information we do not collect as an account
SpendMint does not require name, email, or password to track money. We do not operate a SpendMint user database of your transactions on our own servers.
5. Advertising (free users)
If you use the free plan, SpendMint shows ads through Google AdMob
(publisher ID pub-4201617832387911): banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads
(for a short export unlock).
Google may collect advertising identifiers, device and usage data, and approximate location as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob.
In regions where required (for example EEA/UK), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for consent before personalized ads.
Premium users do not see ads.
6. Purchases
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime Premium are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details. SpendMint only receives purchase status so Premium can be unlocked and restored.
7. Crash reports and analytics
SpendMint uses Google Firebase:
- Crashlytics — crash and stability diagnostics (device model, OS, app version, stack traces).
- Analytics — aggregated usage events to improve the product (not your expense amounts or notes).
8. Permissions
- Internet / network — ads, purchases, crash/analytics, and loading Play products.
- No contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS permission is required for core tracking.
9. Backups
Android may back up the local database and app settings (for example when you change phones) according to your Google/Android backup settings. Ad-related files are not intentionally backed up by us.
10. Children
SpendMint is a general personal-finance tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). Do not use the app if you are not allowed to use Google Play.
11. Data retention and deletion
Local financial data remains until you delete items in the app or uninstall SpendMint (unless you choose to keep app data on uninstall). You can also clear app storage in Android Settings.
12. Third-party links
Ads or the Play Store may open other sites or apps. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Rovixa Solutions.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
